Roatan is one of those places that is slowly growing on us as we find our favorite spots. Takes a little while to find the best food, best place for a beach afternoon, best snorkeling coral, and all the little things for everyday life like laundry and groceries.
The views from the boat are pretty nice here.
This is us hanging out together at sunset. Kids can never just sit—they are constantly in motion.
We knew Ali’s mom and sister Toni were coming, but got a nice surprise when her other sister Katy showed up too.
Kind of fun getting the five-star service for a change.
We took the gang out for a fun touristy day to a nearby park with macaws, monkeys, and zip lines.
Ouest teased Aunt Katy for plugging her nose. She finds it hilarious that people do this.
Always nice when we can be anchored right in front of the hotel where everyone is staying. The Aunts had never been on paddleboards and the kids were excited to show them the way.

April and May are the best time of year to visit
Any time of the year is good. Around November, December, the prices can go down. You need to do reservations at leat 6 SIX months in advance. You dont know what paradise is, til you get there.

Am from that paradise, but i live in the states and when i go back home i fall in love with it even more, visit Oakridge small town on the east end off the island, am trying to get a few supply so give a way when ever i go home any one interested please let me no, like school supply for the less fortunate, tooth brush, tooth paste ect… It really make a different for those that dont have.

Glad you ladies gave it a try, Honduras is beautiful, no just Roatan, Santa Barbara, Copán, La Ceiba, Trujillo, Omoa, etc… Try the food, is very very tasty. Visit Honduras, is not what media say. Is like every Country, it has good people and bad people, just avoid going to big cities.
