We stopped off at a small state park, and a number of small towns on our way to Pendleton. Nothing exciting. No great sites. Just a little driving broken up with playgrounds and walks in the park.
I know you never do but should give a shout out where you be heading. As JLO mentioned you missed the Rodeo, but really everybody is there for the “Let er Buck” room (not kid friendly by far). But you did miss the city under your feet. Underground tour is pretty cool. Maybe next time.
